A place where I heal my body and soul. Many thanks to the people who took care of my stay here every second and helped with everything. Yoga classes were wonderful. Special thanks to Guru Prajwal, who taught me Ashtanga yoga. I am from Ukraine, and this is my first time in Nepal. I can say that the people here are the kindest and most sincere. And special thanks for preparing non-spicy and tasty food (I can't eat spicy food), always asking what I like and what I would like to eat. It's very nice. I am happy that I chose this school, because I received not only wonderful yoga lessons, but also peace and quiet in my soul.

I have been extremely happy since the day I joined Shiva Tattva School. Many of my problems have been solved here. I was facing a lot of difficulties both physically and mentally, but now everything is gradually improving and fading away. For that, I sincerely want to say thank you. Time management here is excellent. Nothing is delayed. Yoga, meditation, meals, snacks, and even sleeping time - everything is well organised and done on time. Everyone here is very supportive. People support and help each other, which creates a very positive environment. We get opportunities to learn many skills, such as singing, dancing, music, playing guitar, and even cooking. In the end, I would like to say that I received more facilities and support than I ever expected. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much.

My journey at Shiv Tattva Yog School has been truly life-changing. Through the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Course, I didn’t just gain knowledge—I discovered a deeper way of living.
