Dr Nivedita was born in the lap mountains of Tensen which lies in the sacred land of Ruru Kshetra, district of Lumbini, Nepal, the very birthplace of lord Buddha. she was surrounded by ancient mantras and spiritual foundations guided by her father. Further on the road of spirituality, her school's principal became her role model. With a bachelor's degree in doctor of dental medicine ( D.M. D.), Nivedita possesses a profound base of human anatomy and physiology. She is continually increasing her expertise in the field of yoga anatomy to explain how current science and yogic philosophy are intricately intertwined. She is currently associated with yoga academies for teacher training, yoga retreat, and private lessons. She has been advocating classroom yoga for children in a variety of schools around the country and globally. Dr Nivedita Pradhan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a yoga alliance which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with an approved active registered yoga school(RYS).
