Course Schedule
Our courses commence on the 1st of each month and run for 28 days. - Attendance Policy: Consistent attendance is crucial for certification; seek prior approval for any absences.
- Substance Policy: Tobacco and alcohol are strictly prohibited on campus to maintain a focused environment.
- Appropriate Attire: Dress modestly, reflecting the ethos of a yoga school and local customs.
- Silence Hours: Observe silence between 10 PM and 5 AM for rest and contemplation.
- Personal Responsibility: Secure your belongings.
- Device Usage: Limit mobile phones and electronic devices to designated areas during breaks.
- Cleanliness: Help maintain clean and organised shared spaces.
- Spiritual Participation: Engage in scheduled spiritual practices to deepen your experience.
- Dietary Compliance: Adhere to the provided sattvic diet; outside food is prohibited.

Refund Policy Overview
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy balances student needs with efficient course management:
- Deposit Non-Refundability: Deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be applied to a future course with timely notice.
- Cancellations Before Start Date: Cancel at least 30 days prior for credit towards a future course (beyond the deposit).
- Post-Start Cancellations: No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals made after the course has begun.
- School-Initiated Postponements: A full refund (including the deposit) or transfer to a future date will be offered if we postpone or cancel.
- Emergency Refunds: Considered for severe hardship cases with documentation.
- No-Show Policy: The entire fee, including the deposit, is forfeited for failure to attend without prior notice.

- Travel & Accommodation: Students are responsible for arrangements; travel insurance with cancellation coverage is recommended.
- Date Change Requests: Please notify us at least 30 days before the original date for any changes.
