Advanced Techniques & Practice: Master classes in advanced asana, pranayama, and meditation. Deepening personal sadhana (practice).

Advanced Teaching Methodology: Mentorship, teaching clinics, designing advanced workshops and retreats, theming and weaving philosophy into classes.

Advanced Anatomy & Physiology / Advanced Sound Healing: Yoga therapeutics, working with specific populations (prenatal, seniors, injuries), and applied neuroscience.

Philosophy & Ethics / Advanced Meditative Healing: Comparative philosophy, studying Tantra and other paths, and the business and ethics of advanced teaching.
