Detailed Curriculum Breakdown (200 Hours)
Techniques, Training & Practice (100 Hours): Mastery of over 75 asanas, including full inversions, advanced pranayama (including Bhramari, Surya Bhedana), Bandhas (energy locks), and advanced meditation techniques. Introduction to various styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative).
Teaching Methodology (35 Hours): Extensive practice teaching, learning to teach multi-level classes, advanced adjustments, sequencing for series and workshops, voice projection, and class management.
Anatomy & Physiology (20 Hours) / Sound Healing: In-depth study of human anatomy, physiology of stretching, common injuries and modifications, and the science of stress and relaxation.
Yoga Philosophy & Lifestyle (30 Hours) / Meditative Healing: Deep study of key texts (Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Bhagavad Gita), ethics for yoga teachers, and the yogic lifestyle.
Practicum (15 Hours): Teaching full public classes, receiving video feedback, and final evaluations.
Food & Accommodation
